Australia Food Standards Code Standard 3.2.2 Food Safety Practices and General Requirements cl12: Clause 12 Food recall

A business engaged in wholesale supply, manufacture or importation of food has a system for recalling unsafe food, sets it out in a written document that it makes available to an authorised officer on request, and follows the system when recalling unsafe food. Businesses outside those activities need no recall system but must still treat recalled food as food for disposal under clause 11 (editorial note).
