Australia Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (MA000025) 19.3: 19.3 Pay authorised voluntary employee contributions within 28 days after month end

Subject to the fund's rules, an employee may authorise the employer in writing to pay a specified amount from their wages into the fund that receives the employer contributions, and may change the amount from the first of the month after giving 3 months' written notice. The employer must pay each authorised amount within 28 days after the close of the month in which it was deducted.
