Each employee other than an apprentice must be paid at least the minimum weekly rate (full-time) or hourly rate for their classification, Electrical worker grade 1 to grade 10, in the clause 16.2 table of the current award (consolidated to 1 July 2026, read 30 September 2026). The grades are defined in Schedule A. Schedule B summarises the hourly rates including overtime and penalty rates.
