Australia Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (MA000025) 18.6f: 18.6(f) Pay the motor allowance when an employee uses their vehicle on the employer's business

An employee who uses their own vehicle in the employer's service at the employer's request is paid the per-kilometre motor allowance in clause 18.6(f) of the current award (consolidated to 1 July 2026, read 30 September 2026). It is distinct from the clause 18.6(b) allowance for agreed travel to and between jobs, and like the other clause 18.6 allowances it is left out of leave and penalty calculations (18.6(g)).
