In the building and construction industry, an employee left in charge of a job lasting a week or more who has to order materials for a job worked by 2 employees, counting themselves, is paid the all-purpose weekly amount in clause 18.3(f) of the current award (consolidated to 1 July 2026, read 30 September 2026) where those duties take up 4 or more days of a pay period, or the daily amount for shorter periods. An employee already paid the leading hands allowance does not also receive it.
