Employees engaged on tree clearing or work associated with maintaining electrical distribution lines must be paid the weekly all-purpose allowance in clause 18.3(e) of the current award (consolidated to 1 July 2026, read 30 September 2026). Because it forms part of the all-purpose rate under clause 16.3, it flows into overtime, paid leave, public holidays and termination payments for those employees.
