Australia Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (MA000025) 18.3d: 18.3(d) Pay the nominee allowance to an electrical mechanic nominated for the contractor's licence

Where an electrical mechanic holding the relevant State electrical licence is the nominee of an electrical contractor, the employer must pay them no less than the weekly amount set by clause 18.3(d) of the current award (consolidated to 1 July 2026, read 30 September 2026), as an extra all-purpose allowance.
