A person selling plant as the agent of a supplier must, before the sale takes place, obtain from the supplier the information or records that rr 89, 90 and 91 require a supplier to give the person receiving the plant, and on completing the sale must hand those obtained information or records to the buyer. This applies to auctioneers, brokers and other agents acting for suppliers of new, used or scrap plant.
