Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r106A-2: r 106A(1) to (3) Keep a complete logbook and the manuals with the amusement structure

For amusement structures covered by AS 3533.1, other than those that standard classes as class 1, the person managing or controlling it must log: any item of plant registration number; any design registration number; the manufacturer's statement of its patron eligibility criteria; the date, location and details of each erection; the date, location, conditions and details of each storage; all inspection, maintenance and testing; hours operated on each day of use; total hours operated since 29 July 2026; faults or other safety matters found in operation, inspection, maintenance or testing, and any action taken on them; for each operator, full name and whether trained and instructed in proper operation, with the date, a summary and the trainer's name and qualifications or experience for every training occasion; and each statutory notice or inspector direction with its date, reasons, response, whether complied with or withdrawn and, for a corresponding Authority notice, where the structure was. Logbook and manuals must stay with the structure, open to the Authority at all times. Penalty: 60 or 300 penalty units.
