Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r103: r 103 Employer must position emergency warning devices effectively

Where an emergency warning device is part of the plant, the self-employed person or employer must ensure it is positioned on the plant so that it works to best effect, for example audible above background noise and visible from where people may be at risk. Breach carries up to 100 penalty units (natural person) or 500 (body corporate).
