Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r105: r 105 Employer must inspect plant in use and prevent unauthorised alteration

A self-employed person or employer must inspect plant as often and as thoroughly as needed to keep the risks of its use monitored, and must take steps to stop the plant being altered without the permission of the self-employed person or employer and to stop anyone interfering with it. This sits alongside the duties to control plant risk (r 98) and to review and revise controls (r 121).
