Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r444: r 444 Respond to employee alerts about major mining hazards

When an employee at a prescribed mine informs the operator under r 448(c) of a possible major mining hazard, the operator must tell the employee what investigative or other action, if any, has been taken in response. The duty is to close the loop with the individual who raised the concern.
