For health monitoring under r 411, the mine operator must ensure that the person who carried it out prepares a report covering an explanation of the results, any signs of adverse health effects found by the supervising registered medical practitioner, and that practitioner's recommendations on measures the operator should take regarding the employee's work. The operator must obtain a copy of the report. Under r 20(2)(a) the operator must give the employee a copy as soon as reasonably possible. Maximum penalty for each duty is 60 penalty units for an individual and 300 for a body corporate.
