A prescribed mine's operator must not permit any internal combustion engine unless it is of the compression ignition type, or any polyurethane foam, to be used underground. Neither prohibition is qualified by reasonable practicability. Its Act compliance note (r 7) ties it to sections 21, 23 and 26 of the Act: it sets how those duties are performed for these two items.
