If any information a prescribed mine operator gave the Authority in a notice under r 423A(1) that is ongoing changes, the operator must tell the Authority of the change in writing, and do so as soon as reasonably possible once it knows of it. Maximum penalty is 60 penalty units for an individual and 300 for a body corporate.
