Where Schedule 14 materials are, or are likely to be, at a prescribed mine in excess of 10% of the threshold quantity, the mine operator must give the Authority notice. It is due within 30 days of the operator learning of this, or of when it reasonably should have learned of it, and must contain the Schedule 18 information adapted to the circumstance. Threshold quantity is defined in r 5 and aggregation applies under Schedule 14.
