If a health monitoring report under r 412 shows adverse health effects for a person, and the operator acts on that report by taking the person off their work or moving them to alternative work, the mine operator must give the Authority written notice, as soon as reasonably possible. Maximum penalty is 60 penalty units for an individual and 300 for a body corporate.
