For the purposes of s 35(1) of the Act, MHF operators must consult employees and health and safety representatives about: identifying major incidents and hazards under r 368; conducting a safety assessment; reviewing it under r 379; adopting or reviewing controls under rr 371 and 379; establishing and implementing the SMS; preparing or revising a safety case; developing or reviewing the employee safety role; preparing an emergency plan; and reviewing and revising the emergency plan under r 379.
