After giving a notice under r 360(1) that remains current, the operator must tell the Authority in writing about any change to the information supplied, as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware the change has happened. Separate change notification rules for licensed and registered facilities apply under rr 475 and 523. Maximum penalty is 60 penalty units for an individual and 300 for a body corporate.
