Where Schedule 14 materials are, or are likely to be, at a facility in excess of 10% of the threshold quantity, the facility operator must give the Authority notice. It is due within 30 days of the operator learning of this, or of the time it reasonably should have learned of it. It must contain the Schedule 18 information adapted to the circumstance and, if the facility is expected to operate as an MHF, the date it will start doing so. Registered MHF operators, and anyone with a pending r 514 registration application, are outside this duty. Aggregation under Schedule 14 applies where several materials are held.
