The operator of an MHF must review and revise its safety case when controls are revised under r 379, when it intends to seek renewal of its licence under Part 6.1, or when the property protection assessment is revised under r 383. A revised safety case must cover everything required by r 385 and identify the changes made to the Schedule 17 matters. As soon as reasonably possible after revising, the operator must send the Authority either the revised case or a statement of the changes. The Authority may ask for the revised case at any time, and the operator must then supply it as soon as reasonably possible.
