Where the Authority requires the operators of two or more MHFs to co-ordinate preparation of their safety cases, each operator must give the others information about circumstances at its own facility that could be a major incident hazard for their facilities. Each operator who has co-ordinated in this way must refer in its own safety case to the information provided under this requirement.
