The operator of an MHF must review, and revise where needed, the current property protection assessment if the circumstances of the safety case under Division 8 change, if circumstances forming part of the property protection assessment change, or after a health and safety representative asks for a review. A representative may ask if they reasonably believe such a change has occurred or that the operator failed to take such a change into account when reviewing or revising the assessment. Maximum penalty is 100 penalty units for an individual and 400 for a body corporate.
