To comply with r 381, the operator of an MHF must carry out a comprehensive, systematic property protection assessment of property protection matters not already covered under Divisions 6 and 8. The assessment must include every relevant procedure that r 369 requires for a safety assessment. The operator may carry out and document it together with the safety assessment and may fold its content into the safety assessment. Maximum penalty is 100 penalty units for an individual and 400 for a body corporate.
