Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r381: r 381 Adopt controls to limit property damage from dangerous goods

For Schedule 14 materials that also count as dangerous goods, the operator of an MHF must adopt risk control measures to eliminate, as far as practicable, the extent of property damage a major incident would cause, or where elimination is not practicable, to minimise it as far as practicable. This duty arises under the Dangerous Goods Act 1985 controls in Division 7 and uses a practicable test. Maximum penalty is 100 penalty units for an individual and 400 for a body corporate.
