The operator of an MHF must test its emergency plan at suitable intervals, which may not exceed 3 years, and must do all that is needed so that the emergency services consulted under r 375(3)(c)(i) take part. Its Act compliance note (r 7) ties it to sections 21, 23 and 26 of the Act: it sets how those duties are performed for emergency plan testing.
