Once the emergency plan is prepared, the operator of an MHF must keep one copy of the plan on the facility premises for emergency services; send a copy to the emergency services that helped prepare it under r 375(3)(c)(i) and tell them where the plan is kept at the facility; and give the municipal councils that took part under r 375(3)(c)(ii) the sections of the plan covering effects of a major incident beyond the site.
