Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r171: r 171 Keep health monitoring reports for 30 years

Each r 169(2) health monitoring report the employer receives must be kept for the period the Authority determines (up to 30 years, possibly varying by substance or class) or, if none has been set, for 30 years. Because the reports hold personal medical information they should be stored confidentially. Maximum fine: 60 penalty units (individual) or 300 (body corporate).
