Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r146: r 146 Review and revise the safety data sheet at least every 5 years

The manufacturer or importing supplier must look again at each SDS, and update it where needed, as often as it takes to keep the information current and accurate, and in any case no less often than every 5 years. The duty lapses where the substance has not been supplied to any person or premises at all for 5 years since the sheet was prepared or last revised (r 146(2)). It supports sections 29 and 30 of the Act.
