A supplier that is not the importing supplier has to make sure every container of a hazardous substance it supplies to a workplace carries the label that the manufacturer (or the importing supplier) put on it. Distributors and wholesalers cannot strip, replace or dispatch unlabelled stock. Maximum fine: 100 penalty units (individual) or 500 (body corporate).
