Every SDS for a hazardous substance must, in English and legibly, set out: the product identifier and chemical identity; the name, address and phone number of the Australian manufacturer or importing supplier; an Australian emergency information phone number; the date it was prepared or last reviewed; the GHS hazard identification; hazard and precautionary statements; composition and ingredient information in line with Schedule 8; first aid; fire fighting; accidental release; exposure controls, including engineering controls, personal protection and any applicable exposure standard; handling and storage including safe use; disposal; physical and chemical properties; stability and reactivity; and toxicological information including health effects. Versions in other languages may be added alongside the English sheet (r 145(3)).
