Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r170: r 170 Send the health monitoring report to the Authority where removal is recommended

If a health monitoring report under r 169(2)(c)(ii) recommends that the employer act to keep an employee away from the substance for a specified period, the employer must give the Authority a copy of that report. Maximum fine: 60 penalty units (individual) or 300 (body corporate).
