Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r156: r 156 Keep the safety data sheet readily accessible to exposed employees

The employer must make sure every employee who could be exposed to a hazardous substance can readily get to its current SDS, whether on paper near the work area or electronically at the point of use. Copies in appropriate languages other than English may also be offered. Maximum fine: 100 penalty units (individual) or 500 (body corporate).
