Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r152: r 152 Disclose an ingredient's chemical identity to a treating doctor

Where neither the SDS nor the container label reveals the chemical identity of an ingredient, and a registered medical practitioner asks for that identity to help manage a patient, the manufacturer or importing supplier must disclose it straight away. Commercial confidentiality is no ground for delay. Maximum fine: 100 penalty units (individual) or 500 (body corporate).
