While a tower crane remains erected on a particular supporting structure or foundation, the self-employed person or employer must keep the design information on that foundation or structure, and on where any crane ties are placed, open to inspection by the Authority. Breach carries up to 60 penalty units (natural person) or 300 (body corporate).
