Where powered mobile plant is likely to collide with other powered mobile plant or with pedestrians, the self-employed person or employer must ensure it has a warning device fitted that alerts anyone endangered by the plant moving. Breach carries up to 100 penalty units (natural person) or 500 (body corporate).
