The permit holder immediately stops operating and notifies the regulator if an imminent health hazard may exist from an emergency such as fire, flood, extended loss of power or water, sewage backup, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, an apparent foodborne illness outbreak, gross insanitary conditions or another threat to public health (P); unaffected areas may continue. For extended power or water interruptions the regulator may allow continued operation under an approved written emergency operating plan, with immediate corrective action and notice to the regulator when the plan is put into effect. After stopping, the permit holder gets the regulator's approval before resuming operations.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
