The permit holder corrects Priority and Priority foundation violations at the time of inspection and carries out corrective action for any HACCP plan critical limit deviation (Pf), unless the regulator agrees to or sets a longer period of no more than 72 hours for Priority items or 10 calendar days for Priority foundation items and HACCP deviations. Core item violations are corrected by the date the regulator agrees or sets, no later than 90 calendar days after the inspection, unless the regulator approves a written compliance schedule with no health hazard.
