To keep the permit, the permit holder: posts it where consumers can see it; complies with the Code, variance conditions and approved plans; follows any required HACCP plan; immediately reports ill food or conditional employees to the regulator as 2-201.11(B) requires; immediately stops operating and notifies the regulator if an imminent health hazard may exist; allows the regulator access; replaces pre-existing facilities and equipment with compliant ones when directed because they create a hazard or nuisance or no longer meet the accepted criteria, on change of ownership, or when replaced in the normal course; complies with the regulator's directives and correction time frames, including in community emergencies; accepts lawfully served notices; is subject to lawful remedies for non-compliance; and posts a sign or uses another accepted method telling customers the latest inspection report is available on request. Permits are not transferable between persons, establishments or unapproved changes in type of operation.
