Toilets and urinals are provided as 5-203.12 requires and each toilet has toilet tissue (Pf). Light intensity is at least 108 lux (10 foot candles) at 75 cm above the floor in walk-ins, dry storage and other areas during cleaning; at least 215 lux (20 foot candles) at self-service and produce or packaged food display surfaces, inside reach-in and under-counter refrigerators, and at 75 cm in handwashing, warewashing, equipment and utensil storage areas and toilet rooms; and at least 540 lux (50 foot candles) where food employees work with food or with knives, slicers, grinders or saws. Mechanical ventilation of enough capacity is provided where needed to keep rooms free of excess heat, steam, condensation, vapours, odours, smoke and fumes. Dressing rooms or areas are designated if employees routinely change on site, and lockers or other facilities hold employees' clothing and possessions. A service sink or curbed cleaning facility is provided as 5-203.13 requires.
