UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) Reg.21(A1): Regulation 21(A1) and (2): Showing a contactable calling line identity on every marketing call

A person must not make, or instigate, calls for direct marketing through a public electronic communications service, whether solicited or unsolicited, unless it does not withhold its calling line identity or it presents the identity of a line on which it can be contacted. A subscriber must not allow its line to be used in breach. Making a call includes attempting to connect one.
