Samoa Telecommunications Act 2005 52: Complaint handling procedures approved by the Regulator; no disconnection during disputes

Service providers must name a person or group to receive customer complaints and establish complaint procedures, and any amendments, approved by the Regulator and published as it approves (52(1)-(2)); unresolved disputes go to the Regulator's dispute and mediation process or agreed alternative dispute resolution (52(3), 72-73); services that are the subject of a complaint or dispute may not be disconnected or changed except under approved terms of service or a Regulator order (52(4)).
