No service provider may make, or cause, a false or misleading claim or suggestion about the availability, price or quality of its own or another provider's services or equipment; a claim is misleading if the provider knew or ought reasonably to have known it was materially false or misleading or reasonably likely to confuse or mislead (47(5)-(6)). The Regulator may regulate or prohibit use of networks for unsolicited communications (47(7)).
