A licensee whose licence is suspended or cancelled must return any licence card and licence certificate to the Commission within 14 days of receiving notice; a licensee must return them within 14 days for endorsement after notice that a condition was imposed, varied or revoked; and a person who surrendered a licence must return them within 14 days after the Commission consents. Maximum penalty 80 penalty units unless there is a reasonable excuse.
