Where mechanical handling equipment operates, enough safe clearance is left in aisles, at loading docks, at doorways and wherever a turn is made, and aisles and passageways are kept clear, in good repair and marked. Stored material creates no hazard: bags, containers and bundles stored in tiers are stacked and blocked, interlocked and kept low enough to stay stable, storage areas are kept free of accumulations that create tripping, fire, explosion or pest hazards with vegetation controlled, clearance limit signs are posted, derails or bumper blocks protect spur railroad tracks, and covers or guardrails protect people from open pits, tanks, vats and ditches.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
