The landlord gives a written response to the tenants' application to keep an animal, in the approved form, within 21 days of receiving it, stating whether consent is given (with any reasonable conditions) or refused (with the s 73F ground and why it applies). No response in time means consent without conditions. Consent is never needed for an assistance animal, and a consent lasts for the animal's life while the tenant lives there, despite a change of landlord, agent or agreement (s 73I).
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
