Within 14 days of the tenant's written notice with details, costs and receipts, the landlord reimburses the reasonable cost of urgent repairs (for example a burst water service, blocked toilet, serious roof leak, gas leak, dangerous electrical fault, flooding, storm or fire damage, failure of gas, electricity or water supply or of an essential hot water, cooking, heating, cooling or laundry service, or a fault making the premises unsafe or insecure) up to 1,000 dollars or a prescribed amount, where the tenant did not cause it, tried to notify the landlord, gave it a reasonable chance to act, tried to use any tradesperson nominated in the agreement and used a properly qualified person.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
