An individual may do residential building work or specialist work only as, or as a partner in or officer of a partnership or company that is, the holder of a contractor licence authorising contracting for that work, as the holder of an owner-builder permit covering the work, or as an employee of such a licence or permit holder. Maximum penalty 1,000 penalty units for a corporation and 200 otherwise.
