Work declared by the regulations to be refrigeration work or air-conditioning work (residential or not) may be done only by the holder of an endorsed contractor licence or a supervisor or tradesperson certificate authorising it, or under the immediate supervision of the holder of such an endorsed licence or supervisor certificate. Maximum penalty 1,000 penalty units for a corporation and 200 otherwise.
