An individual may do residential building work only as the holder of an endorsed contractor licence, a supervisor or tradesperson certificate or an owner-builder permit authorising that work, or under the supervision and direction of the holder of an endorsed contractor licence or supervisor certificate authorising the supervision of that work. A person is not convicted of both this offence and another offence arising from the same facts. Maximum penalty 1,000 penalty units for a corporation and 200 otherwise.
